Meet the East Range Hospice Team

All members of the East Range Interdisciplinary Team involved in direct care are licensed in their field and have a broad base of experience in health care and hospice:

• Hospice Director
• Medical Director
• Nurse Manager
• Referral/Admission Registered Nurse
• Hospice Care Registered Nurses
• Hospice Health Aides/Homemakers
• Social Workers
• Spiritual Care Coordinator
• Bereavement Coordinator (Patient/Family Grief Support)
• Volunteer Coordinator
• Contracted providers for nutritional support, speech, physical and occupational therapy

Our Team also includes a secretary and wonderful volunteers from throughout the service area.

 

In addition, we are supported by the following dedicated local Hospice Partners organizations, who are generous in their support of hospice patients/families and assist in the recruitment and education of hospice staff:

• Northwoods Hospice & Respite Partners (from the Ely/Babbitt/Tower-Soudan area)
• Virgie Hegg Hospice Partners (from Cook and the surrounding area)
