Sites of Service

St. Mary’s Hospice & Palliative Care has four main sites from which we travel throughout Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin to provide care for patients:

• the main administrative office in Duluth, serving Duluth/Superior and the surrouding area
• the East Range Hospice Team in Virgina, Minnesota serving the Iron Range
• the Itasca Hospice Team in Grand Rapids, Minnesota serving the western part of the Northland
• Solvay Hospice House in Duluth, an in-home hospice for people from throughout the Northland, staffed by St. Mary's hospice specialists
